Meet the Principal
Jennifer Lee is the Principal of Edgewood Intermediate School. Ms Lee is originally from Bloomfield, Indiana, where she attended school from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Se earned a B.S. in Elementary Education and M.S. degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational leadership from Indiana State University. Ms Lee is continuing to pursue her Educational Specialist degree from ISU. Throughout her teaching career, Ms. Lee has served as a seventh and eighth grade math teacher, math coach, curriculum director, and elementary assistant principal. She has been blessed with two children, Aubrie and Aiden. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, running, and going to the movies with her kids.
Assistant Principal: Mr. Michael Riggleman
Michael Riggleman is the Assistant Principal at Edgewood Intermediate School. He was born and raised in Gary, Indiana before his family moved to Lyons, Indiana during his high school years. He attended and graduated from L&M High School. Mr. Riggleman earned his Bachelors degree at Indiana State University. He earned his Master's degree in Education from Olivet Nazarene University before earning his asministration license from Indiana Wesleyan University. He began his teaching career at Owen Valley High School (2years) before transferring to Linton-Stockton High School (14 years). While at LHS, he served as a coach in multiple sports, served as Co-Chair on the School Improvement Team, served as FCA Huddle Leader, served on the INTASS Educators Evaluation Committee and is a deacon in his home church. He has been married to his best friend and love of his life, Kellie Jo, for over 24 years. Mr. Riggleman has two children. His daughter, Kristen (23), attends Johnson University and majors in Music Ministry and Youth Ministry. His son, Cole (19), attends Vincennes University and plans to transfer to Southern Illinois University to pursue a degree in Architecture. He enjoys sports, the outdoors, and remodeling his home. His favorite sport is basketball and he enjoys spending his personal time fishing.
