Meet the Administration
Jonathan Siegelin is the Principal of Edgewood Junior High School. Mr. Siegelin is originally from Brazil, Indiana, but attended school from first through twelfth grade in Sturgis, Michigan. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Secondary Math Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mr. Siegelin completed his Master's degree in Educational Leadership through Indiana University as part of the Prospective Principal Academy. He began his teaching career in North Carolina at Trinity High School. After one year in North Carolina, he and his wife, Jessica, moved back to Indiana. Mr. Siegelin spent two years working at Warren Central High School and then six plus years at Chapel Hill 7/8 Center. He served as the Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Tri-North Middle School for the past five years. Mr. Siegelin has worked as a math teacher, team leader, co-department chair, assistant principal, athletic director as well as a football, wrestling, and baseball coach. He lives in the RBB school district with his wife, Jessica, and three children, Ava, Jonah, and Lilah. When not at school, he enjoys spending time at the YMCA, athletic events for his children, and in the woods.
Mr. Siegelin's goal for EJHS is to work hard to continue and build upon the academic success of the recent years while working hard to get parents and families more involved at the secondary level.
