School will reconviene on Thursday, August 4th. Registration for new students will be held on Monday, July 25th and Tuesday, July 26th and registration for returning students will be held Wednesday, July 27th through Friday, July 29th. We hope that our families have a wonderful summer break!
Our Awards Days will be as followed:
Wednesday, May 25th
9:00 a.m.- First Grade Awards
10:15 a.m.- Second Grade Awards
Thursday, May 26th
9:00 a.m.- Kindergarten Awards
Please park in the front of EPS and enter through the front doors. Please do not arrive early due to traffic flow. Awards ceremonies last approximately 1 hour.
If you have not yet setup the new Family Access, we are asking that you do so as soon as possible because the old version will be turned off on March 17th. After Harmony 2 is shut down, Harmony 3 will be updated to have all of the same features as Harmony 2 but in a more user friendly view.
The EPS Math and Science Night is back! Please join us for our Brains, Games and Lemonade night on Thursday, February 18th from 6:30-7:30 pm in the EPS Cafeteria. There will be science demonstrations, math games and information on how to run your own lemonade stand. And don't forget the free lemonade!
We are switching our current Harmony Parent/Student portal to the New Harmony 3 Family Access and all parents should have received an email with the link to log in, as well as instructions for the setup. Everyone needs to register with the new credentials, as we will eventually be turning off the current version of the program.
One of the advantages of the new Harmony 3 Family Access is that it allows parents and students to have separate accounts with their own user names and passwords to access information as well as set notifications. Because the accounts are separate, students will not be able to make changes to any of the settings made by parents.

We will be dismissing at 1:30 pm on Thursday, October 29th and Friday, October 30th. Please fill out the Early Dismissal form that was sent home with your child and return the forms to your child's teacher. This will help ensure that the students get to where they need to get to on these days.
